Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened (seal/packaging intact)
- In original packaging
- In the same condition as delivered
For safety and quality reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including (but not limited to):
- Products that require refrigeration
- Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with (unless the product is faulty)
- Custom or special-order items unless agreed in writing
- Products purchased on clearance or marked non-returnable
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where relevant. We will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Refund processing typically completes within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card provider.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. If you have requested cancellation via your account, we will review and confirm by email.
