Dispatch
Orders are dispatched on business days once payment has cleared and stock is available. You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships, where applicable.
Delivery areas
We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated at checkout. International or special deliveries may be arranged on request.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, service level, and destination. Free or promotional shipping offers apply only when shown on the order.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are guides only. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control are not grounds for cancellation of paid orders, but we will help trace delayed parcels.
Risk and ownership
Risk in goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please inspect parcels on receipt and report damage or shortages promptly.
