By placing an order or creating an account with Nexom Aesthetics, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Accounts
Professional accounts may require approval. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Products and pricing
Products are offered subject to availability. Prices and VAT treatment are shown at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it (email or account notification). Payment is due as stated on your order or invoice. We may request bank transfer, card, or other approved methods. Outstanding balances must be paid before dispatch where stated.
Professional use
Many products are intended for qualified professionals. You confirm you will use products lawfully and in line with manufacturer instructions and applicable regulations.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price paid for the relevant products, except where a longer period is required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
